This smoky roasted red pepper feta dip was shared with us from our friend and blogger Jeanette Chen and contains several immune-supporting ingredients, including a variety of sources of vitamin C.

Smoky Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip with MegaFood Daily C-Protect

GATHER:

  • 3 roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/3 c. feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 ground roasted cumin
  • 1/4 spanish smoked paprika
  • 1/8 cayenne pepper
  • 1 scoop MegaFood Daily C-Protect Nutrient Booster Powder™
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • Minced parsley for garnish (optional)

MAKE IT:

  1. Place all ingredients except olive oil and parsley in a food processor. Process until smooth. Continue processing and drizzle in olive oil until combined. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with assorted crudite.
