Indulge in sweet dreams this holiday with MegaFood's Magnesium Mocktail! 😴


Swap cocktails for mocktails starting 3 hours before bed for better sleep, as recommended by Dr. Erin Stokes. This recipe, featuring our Relax + Calm Magnesium powder, ensures a festive and health-conscious celebration.

Ingredients 

 

Method

Pour one cup of pure tart cherry juice into your favorite mocktail glass, then add 1 scoop of our Relax + Calm Magnesium Powder in Blackberry Hibiscus Oasis. Blend or shake well. 

Add one cup of ice to your glass. 

Cut one lime and squeeze 1 Tsp. of lime juice into your glass. 

Add 1 Tbsp. of pomegranate seeds and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint. 

Top with ½ cup of probiotic soda or sparkling water.
