Addendum to Privacy Policy Regarding California Residents

Effective: December 31, 2019

Notification of our Personal Information Collection, Maintenance, Use and Disclosure Practices as to California Consumers

This addendum applies to California residents, and is an addendum to our Privacy Policy located at https://www.megafood.com/customer-support/privacy-policy.html. Where any provision of this Addendum conflicts with any provision of our Privacy Policy, the provision of this Addendum will govern. In all other respects, the provisions of our Privacy Policy remain in effect and apply.

Certain instances where we share any of the above categories of personal information with entities other than service providers may constitute a “sale” under California law.
