Every time you shop MegaFood, you earn points.
Depending on your VIP status you can earn
anywhere from 1 point to 2 points per dollar spent.
Just make sure to sign into your account before you
checkout to get credit for your purchases.

Yes, your points will expire if your account is inactive for 365 days.

Active accounts have earned or redeemed points within 365 days of their previous earn or redeem activity. Earning birthday points does not count as activity.

As a MegaFood Health Rewards member, every dollar you spend counts towards achieving tier benefits.

You can earn points for every review that you write!

We will ask you for reviews via email after your purchase has arrived. Follow the instructions on the email and your points will be posted within 24 hours.

Additionally, you may leave a product review directly on our website. The instructions are as follows.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to the product page of an item you have purchased
  3. 3. Scroll down until you see 'Write a Review' and click the button
  4. 4. Write and submit your review and the reward points will be added within 24 hours 

Once you reach a given tier, you have access to those benefits for 365 days. If you reach the next tier before the benefits expire at your current tier, you have access to those benefits for 365 days.

Yes. When you have reached 365 days in a given tier, we will reevaluate your status based on your
spend over the past 365 days and place you in the relevant tier. For example:

Scenario 1: If you spend $200 to reach our Silver tier on 2/14/2022, but only spend $100 over the next 365 days, you will be downgraded to Bronze on 2/14/2023.

Scenario 2: If you spend $400+ and reach our Gold tier on 2/14/2022 and spend $250 over the next 365 days, you will only be downgraded to Silver on 2/14/2023.

You’ll get updates on exclusive member only benefits such as double points days, exclusive promotions, points/rewards updates and more.

There are two ways to redeem points.

Add Points via the checkout page
1. After reaching checkout, sign into your account via the link on the checkout page.
2. Once you are signed in, return to checkout and select the number of points you want to redeem via the drop down on the right hand
side of the screen.
3.Note: if you use Shop Pay, you will need to:
I. Close the Shop Pay window
II. Follow the steps above for redeeming points
III. Engage the Shop Pay link from the checkout page once you have added your reward.

Add rewards code via the checkout page
1. Once you are ready to checkout, sign into your MegaFood Health Rewards Account.
2. Navigate to your MegaFood Health Rewards dashboard and go to the ‘How to Redeem Your Points’ section.
3. Click ‘Redeem’ under the number of points you wish to redeem
4. Copy the code
5. Go to checkout and paste your code in the ‘Discount Code’ field on the right hand side of the screen and click ‘Apply.’

Follow these steps:

1. Sign into your MegaFood Health Rewards Account.

2. Navigate to your MegaFood Health Rewards dashboard and go to the ‘How to Redeem Your Points’ section.

3. Click ‘Redeem’ under the number of points you wish to redeem

4. Copy the code

5. Navigate to your account by clicking the account icon at the top of the screen

6. Select ‘My Subscriptions'

7. Click ‘Edit’ next to the subscription you want to apply points

8.Paste the discount code into the ‘Discount Code’ field just below ‘Address’

9. Click ‘Save Changes’

In order to get rewarded for referring a friend, you first must be a MegaFood Health Rewards member.

First, you need a Megafood Health Rewards account. Once you have signed up, you can refer friends right from your MegaFood Health Rewards dashboard, or here.
From either of these pages, you have several options:
1. Email your referral link to your friend via the referral portal
2. Copy your referral link and share however you like
3. Share on social media

We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message. The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once. If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit. Please contact our customer service team at if you need further assistance.

Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal
rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.

When this happens you will receive an email lettingyou know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

There are two ways of knowing when a referral has successfully been completed:
1. You receive and email notifying you that your referral has been completed. You must be signed up to receive MegaFood emails.
2. Checking your account points balance and history. When you sign into your MegaFood Health Rewards account, you can view your points balance and points earning history including purchases, referrals, etc.

You cannot refer yourself to earn a referral reward and purchases by referred customers who share your email address, billing address or shipping information will not qualify for a referral reward.
