OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ONLINE ENTRY ONLY AND INTERNET CONNECTION ACCOUNT REQUIRED.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The MegaFood 2026 WELLNESS GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to residents of 47 United States and D.C., excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age and older as of March 2, 2026, except for employees of FoodState, Inc. ("Sponsor") and Dosey, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on March 2, 2026 at 10:00 am PST through March 16 2026, at 11:59 pm PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”), you must submit your entry to Instagram as directed in the appropriate post. To enter the Sweepstakes you will first need to become a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”). Once you create an account and log in, your account and entry must be set to “public” (as applicable) for the duration of the Sweepstakes in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you do not have an account, visit Instagram to create one. There is no fee or charge to create an account. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the respective terms of use and privacy notice of Instagram. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create an Instagram account. As well, if you choose to keep your settings to “private” during the Sweepstakes period, you cannot participate in the Sweepstakes. You can return your account to “private” any time after the winners’ announcement.

(a) To Enter via Instagram:

(i) Go to www.Instagram.com and log on to your Instagram account.

(ii) To participate, make sure your Instagram account is set to “public.”

(iii) Visit the Megafood page (@megafood) on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/megafood; and (iv) Follow the “@megafood” and “@d.o.s.e.y” Instagram accounts, “like” AND post a comment describing a 2026 wellness habit on the official Sweepstakes post posted by Megafood’s Instagram account on March 3, 2026.  All of the above steps must be completed within the Sweepstakes Period for entry into the Sweepstakes. An individual that does not follow the specified accounts, comment on the official Sweepstakes post, or “like” the official Sweepstakes post within the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered to have submitted an Entry. To be eligible, the entrant’s follow of the

specified accounts and "like" and comment on the official Sweepstakes post must be maintained and remain visible to the Sponsor through the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Unfollowing the specified accounts, un-liking the official Sweepstakes post or removing the posted comment prior to the selection of a winner will result in such entry be deemed invalid and disqualified. All entry information, comments, and posts shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Entry”. Submissions must comply with these Official Rules. Limit of one (1) Entry per person using the method described above. If multiple Entries are submitted, only the first Entry received will be eligible, all other entries will be disqualified.

(b) To obtain additional Entry: Once you have submitted a Sweepstakes Entry as described above, one (1) additional Entry may be obtained by either: (1) joining the Megafood email list within the Sweepstakes period OR (2) by sharing the specified post to your Instagram story and tagging “@megafood” within the Sweepstakes period. To join the email list, visit the MegaFood Instagram profile page at @megafood and click on the link located in the profile biography (the “Link in Bio”) and follow prompts to sign up for the email list. In the alternative, visit https://megafood.com/pages/megafood-x-dosey-giveaway and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information and consent to receive emails from Megafood. To share the post to your Instagram story, locate the specified post on the @megafood Instagram page, tap the “Paper Airplane” (Share Icon) located directly beneath the post image, select “Add to story” from the pop-up menu, and use the “Text” or “Mention” tool to tag @megafood within your Story and post the story to your Instagram profile. Only one additional entry may be obtained per entrant; each entrant may obtain a total of two (2) Entries.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By submitting an Entry, you agree to the following terms:

(a) Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Each entrant warrants and represents that his or her Entry will comply with all laws and not infringe upon any third-party rights.

(b) Usage of Instagram may require a mobile device and therefore you may be charged for standard data rates according to the terms and conditions in your agreement with your wireless carrier. You agree to incur at your sole cost any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.

(c) The person submitting the Entry must be the authorized account holder of such Instagram account, otherwise the Entry may be deemed void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the Entry will be declared made by the authorized holder of the Instagram account used for entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such Instagram account. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the applicable Instagram account by Instagram. It is the sole responsibility of

the Entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the Entrant changes his or her Instagram account during the duration of the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission of an Entry does not constitute proof of delivery of Entry. Multiple accounts may not be used, and anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible.

(d) By submitting your Entry, you agree that (1) your Entry conforms to any terms of use/platform guidelines, policies and content restrictions of Instagram (as applicable); (2) conforms to these Official Rules; and (3) Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and without notice, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if they determine that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right to disqualify any entry which Sponsor deems inappropriate, at its discretion.

(e) Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

(f) By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material and entry submission for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV, digital, social media, print, or similar, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

5. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about March 16, 2026 Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of Entries received. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message. Potential winners must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All federal and state laws apply.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in their sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible Entries received as of date of termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision.

7. PRIZES:

(a) Three (3) grand prize winners will each receive the following:

(i) seven (7) bottles of a 60-count MegaFood multivitamin supplement of winner’s choosing (ARV: $265.93);

(ii) thirteen (13) bottles of 60-count MegaFood Omega 3-6-9 supplement or nine (9) bottles of MegaFood Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement, at winner’s choosing (ARV: $350.87);

(iii) thirteen (13) bottles of 60-count MegaFood 300mg Magnesium supplement (ARV: $389.87);

(iv) a 365-day supply of any other MegaFood dietary supplement product, total amount of product to be calculated based on suggested directions for use (ARV: $629.86);

(v) a Dosey pill organizer (ARV: $95.00).

(b) The approximate retail value of each prize package is $1,731.53; the total prize value is $5,194.59. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

(c) All prize selections are subject to availability and must be available for purchase on the MegaFood website (www.megafood.com) or Dosey website (www.dosey.com) at the time of selection.

(d) Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules and/or in the applicable entry instructions as being provided.

8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Londonderry, New Hampshire, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, where and to the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), if any, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. If there is any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in sweepstakes materials (including but not limited to social media or other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules prevail. 9. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an Entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on http://megafood.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure by the Sponsor of your personal information for the administration of the Sweepstakes and other marketing and consumer research purposes.

10. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, email your request to socialmedia@megafood.com. Requests must be received no later than March 31, 2026.

11. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is FoodState, Inc., 16 Delta Drive, Londonderry New Hampshire. Instagram is a registered trademark of Instagram, Inc. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or associated entities.
