MegaFood's JEDI Statement
At MegaFood, our mission to nurture the health of people and the planet extends to championing justice and equity within our company and communities. We are proud to share that in 2023, 27% of our team self-identified as BIPOC+, compared to 11% in New Hampshire. This awareness fuels our commitment to actively seeking and retaining diverse talent.
We are committed to retaining a diverse workforce and ensuring the farmers and communities in our supply chains can thrive. Through brand activation, we commit to addressing the injustices that impact our consumers. We will support Black, North American Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and LGBTQ+ communities.
We also honor the land we inhabit. MegaFood operates on N'dakinna, the traditional ancestral homeland of the Abenaki, Pennacook, and Wabanaki Peoples, past and present. We gratefully acknowledge the alnobak (people) who have been the stewards of this land and its waterways for generations.
MegaFood is not just looking to be part of history—we aim to shape it, advocating for a world that thrives on the beauty of diversity. We’re transparent in this quest, so MegaFoodies like you can follow along and champion our progress.
