- I'm taking the Baby and Me 2 Prenatal Vitamin and I also have the DHA and Choline. I want to know if taking the Prenatal DHA and Choline would be an overdose of the Choline because the prenatal already has Choline in it?

- Since it is suggested to take 2 a day, if pairing with the Baby&Me Prenatal Vitamin am I to take one of each per day or 2 of each?
- Great question. Ideally, we recommend one of each tablet twice daily, however, the most important thing is to ensure you're getting the full serving size.
- I bought some from my local target but the capsules were all stuck together and the fishy smell was strong, are they still safe to take? Thank you

- My wife read rosemary can be unsafe for pregnant women. Is the rosemary extract in this product cause for concern?
- The amount of rosemary extract in DHA + Choline makes up 0.02% of the formula. This is a negligible amount of rosemary to have any effect during pregnancy. Medicinal amounts appear to be upwards of 600x the dose found in this formula. Additionally, at clinical doses, there seems to be some limited evidence of safety concerns around pregnancy, but nothing concrete. The general recommendation is to avoid medicinal doses of rosemary during pregnancy as a precaution.
- Do these capsules have to be taken whole?
- If you are having difficulty swallowing these tablets you may crush or break them up. They will be just as effective as taking them whole, though please note that palatability may be a concern, especially with an iron formula.
