"Mixes well in my morning coffee. Became sick twice with the same symptoms about 3 months apart. Second round I had been taking this product and I had zero joint aches. "With following the directions, it was awful tasting. 3 tablespoons to 8 oz of hot/cold liquid. I chose an 8 oz cup of hot tea, added the 3 level tablespoons and mixed it/stirred it. It thickened the hot tea. It tasted horrible. I couldn't drink it all. I dumped it. I'm not giving up. I've decided I will try it again only this time use 2 tablespoons instead of 3 and see how it turns out. I will let you know."

Does this product contain any product derived from pig??
We do not use any porcine (pork) derived ingredients in any of our products, including our Collagen Peptides.
Does this product have phenylalanine in it?
Collagen peptides naturally contain small amounts of phenylalanine because it is one of the amino acids found in collagen. It is not added separately, but it is present as part of the collagen protein itself.
Can I split the serving up across the day, or do I have to take all three tablespoons at once?
