"I am going into my fourth week using the product, so l can’t really give a complete satisfactory answer, but l will say the biggest difference l have experienced is with my skin. There is a big improvement in the hydration of my skin overall. My skin is not as dry, and l am not having to slaughter on lotions and hand creams as before. I have also noticed my face is a little more smoother, more hydrated and just looking better. As far as my hair, not seeing a big difference there, but l have very very thin hair short hair, so it may take a while in that area. Oh, the other thing l noticed almost immediately taking the supplements, is no sore hip joints and knee aches. So for the skin and lubricated joints, l will continue taking and hope l will start seeing improvement in my hair. Thank you MegaFood for all that you do to help us have a better quality of life and health."
