- I noticed the container states to use within 3 months of opening but for what reason?..... I used it about 6 months after opening and noticed stomach gurgling alot This was after I seen it says use within the 3 months

- Can I use hot water with this blend of magnesium or does it have to be room temperature or cold?

- I’ve read a lot about magnesium being good for anxiety, and many people suggest the glycinate because it’s easiest on the stomach. I love MegaFood products and would like to try the powder, but the addition of the other types of magnesium have me concerned that it could cause stomach upset or a laxative effect. Can you confirm if it’s mostly glycinate or if the others have that as a possible side effect? Thank you!
