"I am taking this whole body multi capsule daily and feel effective and more consistent energy throughout the day. I would continue using it. Feels like a good base for nutrition, especially on busy days when my diet is not perfect. I recommended to my friends as well. Thank you MegaFood for introducing this whole body multivitamin! The only thing I wish is for a tablet with one dose instead of 2 capsules. Also, just want to check with MegaFood, if the women with age over 47 and 70 old can take this multivitamin as well? Can we avoid taking MegaFood Calcium & Magnesium and D3 vitamin tablets separately if we use this whole body multivitamin?"
