Had two years of iron

"Had two years of iron infusions every three months for my very low iron count. My daughter uses your iron product and her iron is doing well. So I told the doctor I was switching to MegaFood Iron, 2x a day. Very happy to say my iron count is good!! Shopping with you is much easier than iron infusions. Thank you"

My favorite supplement of all time?

"These truly work. Excellent formulation. My ferritin hopped from 13->32 and I'm not even done with my first bottle!! It took me a year and a half on a previous supplement to improve my numbers by far less than that. Iron is a tough supplement to figure out, due to the constipation it can cause in certain forms. Also, I learned (the hard way) that if you crush up an iron supplement or chew a gummy, it stains your teeth with black spots over time. So I needed a supplement that was small enough for me to swallow and that, erm, doesn't constipate me. This product fits the bill! It is small enough for me to cut in half and swallow, and there's no gastrointestinal distress! Note that I do take it every _other_ day because I read that iron is better absorbed that way. This is the prefect iron supplement! Don't change a thing! Love it! Thank you for making the small size! It's perfection!"

Cyanocobalamin

"I was told not use the Cyanocobalamin as it leaves traces of Cyanide in the body. It will be good if they replace it with Methycobalamin for B12"

Great product

"I was really deficient- recommended for an iron infusion unless I got my levels up quickly. Within a week this had doubled my levels."

Wonderful Item

"I didn’t know that when you have c-section delivery you become iron deficient. Now that I am past my 40s my levels are lower than ever. I noticed it’s helping me specially when periods are heavy."

Great to take before menstrual cycle!

"I take this supplement the week before I start my menstrual cycle and I've noticed it makes a huge difference in the migraines and fatigue I usually feel during my cycle. I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone who deals with excessive fatigue during their cycle!"

Q&A

Would there be any reason someone could NOT take 2 tablets of the Blood Builder Minis morning and 2 at night for 1 week initially?
The recommended dose of Blood Builder is two tablet daily. In a clinical trial, to tablets of Blood Builder, containing 26mg of elemental iron, was shown it increase all markers of iron status in eight weeks with zero reported side effects. If you feel strongly that you are in need of more than two tablets daily, please work with your healthcare practitioner to monitor your iron levels and determine if it is the correct dose for you.
I want ask a question is this Halal product? I need to know pls
We are not experts in determining what is suitable for the many religious faiths. Please refer to the product label for the list of ingredients and reach out to us with any questions.
Do you use synthetic folic acid in your formula or is the folate sourced from foods? I have many patients with MTHFR genetic mutations and methylation issues where synthetic folic acid is contraindicated, but they are fine with naturally occurring folate sourced from foods.
The folic acid found in Blood Builder is considered synthetic, and while paired with broccoli, is not food-derived.
Would these be suitable for my 14yr old to take?
Blood Builder was formulated for adults, especially women, that require additional iron intake. If you think your child could benefit from iron supplementation, it is best to verify this with your healthcare practitioner, confirm with them whether this product is suitable, and have them determine the ideal dose for her.
I am currently taking Coumadin. I want to know if since the Blood Builder contains organic broccoli, does that mean that it contains vitamin k as well? Vitamin k would interact with the Coumadin.
