"I like taking this B complex supplement for myself because it doesn’t have over the amounts of B vitamins. It is hard to find a B-complex without at least a thousand % over the daily recommended. The bottle is a bit big. It is good that it is made out of glass, though, so we aren’t adding even more plastics into the environment."

Is this pill really .59 inches long? That seems awfully big for a child’s pill.
Yes, the tablet size of our Kids B Complex (5 and older) minis, measures .59 inches in length. If your child is having difficulty swallowing these tablets you may crush or break them up. They will be just as effective as taking them whole, though please note that palatability may be a concern.
Can a 13yr old take them and will 1 pill be sufficient? Thanks
Yes, this would appropriate for a 13-year-old. Please check with their Dr, if you are looking to increase the dosage.
