"I like that Mega Food makes children dosage because it contains the recommended dosage of b complex for adults, adult dosage is very high above the normal dosage but I give it 4stars because it contains Chromium. Will try to find low dose and no chromium supplements"

"I like taking this B complex supplement for myself because it doesn’t have over the amounts of B vitamins. It is hard to find a B-complex without at least a thousand % over the daily recommended. The bottle is a bit big. It is good that it is made out of glass, though, so we aren’t adding even more plastics into the environment."
