"I have bene noticing issues with thinning hair, brittle, peeling nails and skin that looks more dull than usual. Following some research, I found MegaFood Skin, Nails & Hair. It is an amazing vitamin! After 3 weeks, I noticed an improvement in the reduction of hair loss and my hair feels thicker at the top. My nails have stopped peeling and are growing faster. Not recommended

"Not sure which ingredients specifically in this supplement are bad for me, but it has not performed well. I only took one pill/day along with the women’s daily vitamin. It has caused my skin to break out with eczema/rash. It is caused my nails to become brittle. The biggest concern, it caused my hair to thin, become stiff and break off as I have never seen before. I would not recommend this vitamin supplement."
