Hello love your products! How many calories & carbs are in each tablet? I’m sure it’s minimal but have been trying not to eat rice and noticed it’s an ingredient. Thanks :)

typical MegaFood product (aside from gummies or chews) is not a significant source of carbohydrate, fat, or protein and therefore contributes very little to total calories.  Unlike conventional food, dietary supplements cannot declare dietary ingredients in the Supplement Facts that are not present, or that are present in amounts that can be declared as zero (less than 5 calories, for instance).  Therefore, the amount of calories per serving is not declared on the label.

Is this curcumin only or also turmeric? Asking bc of oxalate/kidney stone potential which is in turmeric but not curcumin supplements

Yes this formula contains 200 mg of turmeric root and 475 mg of curcuminoids.

Where is the turmeric from, in terms of where it is grown?

All MegaFood supplements are made, tested, manufactured, and packaged in the United States. We currently only use turmeric root powder sourced from either India, Indonesia, or Sri Lanka. Our Quality Assurance Department follows a rigorous testing protocol to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. This includes identity and purity testing of all incoming raw ingredients; monitoring for pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals(including lead, cadmium & mercury), and microbiological contaminants; and testing for quality throughout the manufacturing process - from raw material to finished product. We have strict policies in place that would prevent any products from reaching our consumers that were not approved by our Quality Assurance team.
