The new year is here, and so are all those resolutions! We’ve promised to make healthier food choices by eating less processed snacks, and more organic greens. We’ve committed to ditch the toxic chemicals in our body care regimen. We’re aiming to wake up earlier, meditate more often, strengthen our yoga practice, and work on that running routine.

“I resolve to sleep more.”

Jenné Claiborne of Sweet Potato Soul isn’t shy to tell us just how much she loves her good night’s rest. If healthier sleep in 2019 sounds like a resolution you’d like to adopt, Jenné’s new video shares her 8 tips for getting the deliciously good sleep that you deserve.
