- Ginger root
- 1 lime
- Ginger beer
- Soda water
- Mint leaves
- 1 sachet of Lemon Ginger Digestive Health Water Enhancers
- A muddler
- A strainer
- A small bowl
- A glass to drink your mocktail
- Grate the ginger into a bowl followed by the cucumber.
- Squeeze the lime into the bowl.
- Gently muddle the ingredients together.
- Strain the mixture using your strainer into your glass. You want to get as much liquid out as possible!
- Clap the mint between your hands and add to your glass.
- Add ice and top with half ginger beer, half soda water, and a sachet of the Lemon Ginger Digestive Health Water Enhancers. Stir gently.
