Try this Ginger Mojito Mocktail inspired by Mindful Mocktail’s recipe. It’s easy, refreshing, and delicious enough for happy hour! And with a boost from MegaFood’s Digestive Health Water Enhancers, it’s full of gut-loving goodness. 

 

Gather:

 

To Make

  1. Grate the ginger into a bowl followed by the cucumber. 
  2. Squeeze the lime into the bowl. 
  3. Gently muddle the ingredients together. 
  4. Strain the mixture using your strainer into your glass. You want to get as much liquid out as possible! 
  5. Clap the mint between your hands and add to your glass. 
  6. Add ice and top with half ginger beer, half soda water, and a sachet of the Lemon Ginger Digestive Health Water Enhancers. Stir gently. 
  7. Enjoy!
