This overlooked micronutrient may be just the stress-buster you need

Modern life is stressful and juggling motherhood, work and self-care can be overwhelming in moments. Stress Busting Smoothie Recipe

Yield 1 generous serving


  • 1 unripe banana
  • 1 handful mixed greens rich in magnesium
  • 1/2 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 scoop MegaFood Relax & CalmMagnesium Powder in Blackberry Hibiscus
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 1 knob fresh turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon magnesium-rich sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup plant based milk of choice

Method Blend the ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender, adding a few ice cubes if you prefer the smoothie chilled. Sip right away.
