MegaFood Refund Policy

We want you to love your MegaFood products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund (minus any shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Here’s how it works:

  • Direct Purchases Only: This refund policy applies to orders placed directly on www.megafood.com and covers the first bottle of any specific supplement.

  • Purchased Elsewhere? If you bought your product from another retailer or marketplace, please reach out to them directly for their return or refund process.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  • Email us at hello@megafood.com or contact us directly.

  • For faster service, include your order number.

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the product. If so, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Feel free to use any carrier, but we recommend getting tracking to make sure your package reaches us safely.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order—MegaFood can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses or for stolen packages.

  • Subscriptions: If you don’t cancel or skip your subscription before the next shipping date, those orders aren’t eligible for a refund. To manage your subscriptions and view your next shipping date, log into your account on MegaFood.com and click the “Manage Subscriptions” link.
