I take the Women's 55+ Advanced Multivitamin. The dose is 2 tablets a day. Is it recommended to take the tablets several hours apart, for better absorption?

The suggested use is 2 tablets daily, and they may be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach. Ideally, we recommend one tablet twice daily, however, the most important thing is to ensure you're getting the full serving size. For this reason, some opt to take them both at once to ensure they don't miss one.

How many milligrams of calcium is in this product?

Great question. There is no calcium in this formula. Experts recommend taking macro minerals such as calcium and magnesium several hours apart from your multivitamin. Calcium and magnesium can out-compete some of the important, but smaller, minerals found in a multi, and for this reason, are omitted in the majority of our multivitamin formulas.
