"I swear by these vitamins! When I was trying to get pregnant, I had a hard time finding a multivitamin that had all of what I needed without having to concoct my own mix of vitamins manually - until I found this product! It had the type of folate my doctor recommended for me (which is harder to find than you’d think!) and was made with real food rather than synthetic alternatives. I only recently ran out
"I only recently ran out of my previous bottle, it was just the regular women's not the advanced, so so far it's working as it should, my one complaint on this one is the taste. Like it says take it with a drink, but it's so sour that it kind of ruins the drink a little bit for the two seconds it's in your mouth. The last version tasted very earthy, but that went well with my juices and teas and lemonades and coffee, this kind of tastes like concentrated unripened lemon juice, so if you wanted to improve that I would be eternally grateful, in 50 days because that's when my current bottle will run out."

"Since the past months of taking the Women's advance vitamins I have seen a great improvement on my health and now I can say I have balance physically. I have more energy in the morning and through out the day. As for the taste, I cannot say much on those because I swallow them. However, I don't have an after taste. I also pair this with the hair skin and nail and I have found out that this combo is great . thanks"
It’s been about three months
"It’s been about three months since I started taking the MegaFood Women’s Advanced Multivitamin. I really like that it doesn’t upset my stomach and that it provides a wide range of vitamins and minerals that I know my body needs. While it’s hard to say exactly how much of a difference I feel from the multivitamin alone—since I’m also taking other supplements—I do notice that overall I’ve been feeling better. So even if it’s part of a combination effect, I’m confident it’s doing something positive for my health."

- Do we have to take two tablets per day

- Can these be crushed or split to take a smaller amount?
- If you are having difficulty swallowing these tablets you may crush or break them up. They will be just as effective as taking them whole, though please note that palatability may be a concern, especially with an iron formula.
- What is the difference between the advanced multi and the regular daily once multi?
- Great question! Our Advanced Multi is a two tablet per day serving, and it is herb free. It does include choline (a member of the B vitamin family), which supports healthy cognitive function and memory*, which is not in any of our one daily formulas. It also includes the active or methylated, forms of several of the B vitamins, including B12, folate, and B6. Our One Daily is a one tablet per day serving and includes over a dozen herbs included in small doses to support health and overall wellness*. This formula does not include choline, and offers the non-active forms of B12, folate, and B6. It is a convenient one-a-day solution for those that prefer it. It all comes down to preference and what works best for you - remember, the most effective multi for you is the one you'll take consistently!
