Shipping

We use both DHL + FedEx as our carrier. 

All U.S. Addresses – Alaska and Hawaii, and PO Boxes included. 

International friends, please contact us for help finding MegaFood outside of the USA. 

As of February 2020, we no longer ship to APO/FPO address, please contact us for help finding a retailer who ships to APO/FPO addresses. 

Ground Shipping is available for all physical street addresses. 

PO Boxes ship via FedEx SmartPost. Allow 1-2 weeks for these deliveries to arrive, giving time for FedEx to give it to USPS before it reaches you. 

Here’s a cheat sheet of factors to consider when calculating your package’s ETA: 

Orders ship Monday through Friday. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 12 pm ET will be shipped the same day. Waited past noon? We’ll get on it by the NEXT business day. Orders deliver by 8 pm (local time) to most addresses. 

Our amber glass bottles and jars, pouches and boxes will be carefully wrapped and padded with love! Helpful to know: your order may come in more than one box. 

We sure hope you never experience an issue… but if you do, our friendly Customer Experience team (800-848-2542) is ready to make it right. Contact them for order or shipping status. They are also there to help with product guidance. v

If your delivery is confirmed to have been delivered, MegaFood is not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact us with any concerns.

Subscriptions

MegaFood Subscriptions is the most convenient way for you to get your favorite MegaFood products delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. When you subscribe, you will receive an extra 15% off your subscription products. 

You always have complete control over your subscription orders and we send an email reminder 5 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within your account. Changes to shipments can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time. 

Once you’ve joined, MegaFood Subscriptions are easy to manage. You can change your next shipment date, skip a shipment, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription. Start by logging in at Megafood.com, go to “My Account,” then select ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

To change your next order date, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Edit Date’ button to the right of the next shipment date then select a new date for your shipment. This will change the shipment date for the entire shipment.To skip a MegaFood Subscriptions shipment, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Skip Shipment’ button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire shipment.To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a dropdown menu next to ‘Every’. To change the delivery frequency for an individual item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.To send a shipment now instead of waiting for the next shipment date, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Ship Now’ button to the right of the upcoming shipment date to send the entire order.To cancel a subscription, please visit the ‘My Subscription’ section within your account and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future shipments will be placed for that item. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
